Stitchwel lpz, the online saddle stitcher is equipped with two types of feeders .The configuration is modular and flexible to address specific requirements. Supports sequential start-up, error detection systems and delivers accurately stitched and trimmed booklets at high speeds. Ideal for medium to long run saddle stitching jobs.

Salient Features

• Other than a regular pile type feeder a folder feeder is also provided which uses a unique folding mechanism, signatures are folded and fed to conveyor (Highly useful in the case of signatures printed in webs with limited folding capability).
• Signature sensors will detect missing signatures, if any and prevent stitching on such faulty gathered signatures.
• Stitching saddle assembly reciprocates back and forth moving along with the book for stitching "on the run".
• Stitchwel is equipped with a stream delivery as standard equipment. Optional batch stackers are available.
