Foundry

Having a capacity to produce 6000 MTPA high quality graded castings; the plant centred on an induction furnace has modern equipment like automatic sand plant and jolt squeeze machines. Only 25% capacity is utilized for the welbound products, while the rest is employed for catering to the automobile, electrical and ancillary industry. The raw materials and finished goods are subjected to stringent quality tests by a state of the art test laboratory.

Component manufacturing

Critical components of all products are manufactured at the Coimbatore facility. All machining operations are CNC based. Special purpose machines have been imported from European manufacturers for production of vital parts - like the folder rollers of the folding machine. In addition to this, a few components are manufactured at the product specific plants.
